John Swartzendruber Jr. serves as general contractor for Community Builders and the primary contact person for clients. John manages jobs from start to finish, turning the desires of customers into realities carried out by the company. He facilitates Community Builders' workflow as well as the subcontracts, ensuring all work performed by third parties meets company and client expectations. John also specializes in framing layout and kitchen installations.
Lynn Maust performs the bulk of Community Builders' finish work, as well as much drywall, siding and framing. A tireless worker, he is knowledgeable in a wide variety of carpentry skills. Lynn finds satisfaction in performing everything with excellence as he has established a strong reputation across the Thumb for his outstanding trim work.
Mike Stevenson is a licensed master electrician and carries that expertise into his partnership in Community Builders. He performs all electrical work, improving the company's project workflow buy not having to subcontract the labor. He is also versed in carpentry skills across the board and is involved in all aspects of the construction process.
