Gordon and Ann

Murphy

If they've heard it once, they've heard it 1,000 times: Community Builders of Pigeon, Inc., earned the business of yet another based on the company's outstanding reputation for doing quality work. The recent satisfied customers? Gordon and Ann Murphy, teachers in Elkton-Pigeon-Bay Port and Caseville school districts. They built their new home in Pigeon in 2003.

"They are excellent builders," says Gordon. "Their work is high quality, their work ethic is very hard, they pay close attention to detail and they make sure that everything is done right!"

At 1,800 square-feet, the Murphy's home features three bedrooms, two baths, a great room attached to a dining room and kitchen, a two-car garage and full basement. Maple cabinets fill the kitchen while oak doors and Andersen windows are throughout. The home also features French doors leading to a deck, spray foam insulation, natural gas heat and air conditioning, a corner gas fireplace and carpeting and tile throughout.

Community Builders worked with the Murphy's to make sure their needs were met and customized the plans accordingly. "They were very helpful in telling us what might work and what wasn't a good idea."

And even though the project is complete, Community Builders is still willing to serve their client: the Murphy's. "Their customer service is excellent. Even after two years have past, they are still willing to look into problems that arise." Needless to say, they are satisfied customers and have recommended Community Builders to others.

"Their reputation, attention to detail, friendliness and especially their integrity--they set Community Builders apart from other builders," says Gordon. "They helped us plan and build a home that fits us as a family."
